This is really interesting. I like the concept of doing a dopamine detox in order to introduce healthier dopamine releasing activities into your routine afterwards and feeling their benefits. Maybe scrolling social media releases more dopamine than exercise? But detox followed by deliberate action could rewire your brain - very cool.
