Some very good points made here. At the end of the day, any activity that we enjoy is better than no activity. If cardio makes you cringe, do something you love. Also, enjoy the notes about healthy fats, which keep me feeling full longer, and excessive calorie cutting. At the end of the day, well-balanced (which may feel slow and steady) and enjoyable are two things I think people should focus on more to overcome limiting beliefs that hold them back. Great read.
