Love this idea. I do splits, and I love them. But, I tend to work in very light versions of my favorite muscle groups throughout the week. I never put much thought into it - just a way to keep myself engaged. This blog inspires me to try full body workouts where I get to incorporate my favorites each day (along with the ones I'd rather skip). I'm sure the physical benefits will be interesting to see/feel, but I think it might make it more fun too!
