I completely resonate with this article - but after reading the comments below, there's a little more in what you wrote that I think is meaningful. Maybe the "passion" doesn't necessarily 'need' to lie in the form of exercise itself but in the: partner or community you find in doing the activity, the location of the activity, the causes you support through doing the activity, feeling of achieving goals, or giving yourself certain rewards. We all want to be healthy, and being active helps our health not just physically but mentally and emotionally. I'm a huge advocate of trying out as many possible different activities as possible to see if any "click", but if that doesn't work, there are a lot of different things that come along with certain activities that people might be able to find passion in. Just some thoughts!
